There is wheel chair access from the car park into the indoor area and throughout the Adventure Park, however visitors should be aware that the Adventure Park paths are not always flat surfaces.
We have on-site free parking with ample room for coaches. Please advise in advance if you are bringing a coach and we can ensure someone shows you the best place to park.
Why do adults/concessions pay to go into the park when they may not play on anything
Adults can have just as much fun the kids and they can can use all of the equipment too! We encourage Family Fun!
What is your soup of the day?
Our soup is home-made and changes on a daily basis. The day's choices are advertised on a blackboard by the menu boards and sometimes on the outdoor blackboard.
Can you cater for different dietary requirements?
We do try to accomodate different dietary requirements, however should you wish to discuss this in advance of your visit then please give us a call and we can arrange something for you.
Are there only toilets inside?
No, we have toilet facilities both inside the coffee shop and outside in the park we have a toilet block so it is easier to pop in on your way by rather than coming all the way inside.
Why do we all have to wear wristbands when we are going into the park as a family?
This is so that our park attendants know that you have been seen by someone as you enter the park and so you are easily identifiable as having paid for entry. This also ensures that should your party get separated that you do not need to worry about carrying your receipt. Different Wristband colours operate for different areas of the business on a daily basis so please ensure if you upgrade your ticket that you change your wristband in line with your new area for play.
If we are playing outside can we play inside for free?
Unfortunately as our inside and outside play areas are separate and we have limited capacity inside we cannot offer free inside play to all children. Also our area is suitable for under 7’s so again it would not be fair to the older children. We do a reduced price of £1.50 per child for using the inside play area if you have already paid to play outside.
What is the deposit payable for a children’s party?
The deposit is £50.00 payable on booking your child’s party and this is deducted from the total cost on the day.
Can we bring picnic lunches with us?
Yes this is acceptable to do so and we have plenty of picnic benches, shelters and grass space throughout the park to allow for picnic blankets. We do not allow barbecues outside or picnics in the café.
Can we bring our dog to the park?
Sorry we only allow guide dogs for the blind into the Adventure Park. If you could ensure your assistance dog is wearing their respective identifying jacket we would appreciate that a lot.
